About Orals here - that is a bit unclear - "day after - sometime in the future".

Are there no rules for 'how long it can take before ruling' ?

Given that a reversal will involve criticism of Du's decisions and possibly set precedence "you cannot weigh SC's against each other", wouldn't you expect them to take some time here?
