Very possible, but not a complete given. There is an Order giving this Appeal expedited review, so maybe the entry of the Decision will likewise be expeditious considering that the Briefing schedule was expedited, as was the assignment of the oral argument date. The entire timetable is completely up to the Panel's discretion, with no way of knowing exactly how this will unfold, until it actually unfolds.
