If I'm being a greedy a-hole I'd love a full reversal on January 24th 2021. If it's an affirmation I'd just as soon they do it ASAP so we can do damage control, and I can close out my calls and sell new ones.

That is very conceivable, as acknowledged in Amarin's Fact Sheet that they published. We could get a decision soon after oral argument. The clock on the decision starts right after the conclusion of the oral argument. But it is not really a "clock", as there is no set deadline. It is more akin to a window, where the decision may come anywhere from the next day, to any time at some point in the future.
