So that being said, isn’t it conceivable that the 3 judge panel could have a decision well before the end of the year and not 4 months out from the September 2 date which is January’21. Wouldn’t the briefs be looked at ahead of the OA, or does the clock start with 9/2 date and the 30 minutes of talk and Q&A. Thanks for your replies to all of us.
Is it really a simple conference call, or will they use something like Zoom so they can see each other? Body language can be crucial at times. Can't believe it's a telecon, I mean jeez back in the early 2000's the fed agency I was a contractor for had Zoom like video conferencing technology and we used it regularly to connect to research teams from all over the country when big decisions needed to be made quickly and traveling to a meeting would take too long (and cost a boatload of money).
