Thank you very much Falconer. I,like you have a number of problems one of which is not being able to sleep which as you are aware affects thinking clearly. I also have had two near death experiences (according to my doctor) with extremely low oxygen levels from pneumothoraces. I was relaxing and resting in my recliner and also did not read it before submitting it. Yes I know it is D-3 and always tell others that I'm getting my vitamin D when I'm out in the sunshine with my shirt off.
I very much appreciate your posts and knowledge and reference you and give my doctor some of your posts.

Get some sunlight 30 minutes a day around noon...
UVA rays release nitric oxide (NO) stored in the dermis....lowered NO due to damage to lungs from Covid19 may play a big role in folks dying....

So sunlight through D3, boosts NO, slows macrophages hyper inflammatory response, and strengthens macrophages....triple whammy...I should have written an article on it 4 months ago when I was delving into d3 and  its role in the seasonal flu...

Not only thar, sunlight increase testosterone...higher levels of testosterone may prevent serious effects of Covid
