D-3

...with the higher supplemental doses of vitamin B3 etc.

For other readers, not familiar with the previous postings on the matter, this is an inadvertant typo.

The topic involves vitamin D-3 (not B-3), which if supplemented in adequate doses (5000 IU, for example), strongly supports the immune system; enough in many or most cases so as to either prevent a COVID-19 infection, or keep one from becoming severe.

200 to 400 mg of magnesium, along with the vitamin D-3, strongly supports vitamin D availability and operation. Each day, take both.

In most cases, a daily dose of 5000IU of D-3 will elevate serum 25-OH vitamin D level to about 50ng/ml (maybe a bit less). Keeping vitamin D levels at least at 40ng/ml provides for most people full immune system support and activity. Levels less than 40ng/ml compromise immune system function.
