That is my point!
How do you get someone to cover from a delisted stock?
So back to my original question, why not register the company under a new symbol?

asher was not the only one shorted DBMM before it got taken off the pinks! asher was the catalyst for the stupidity that followed! DBMM got delisted because they did not pay to have their financials done instead they spent what money they had to battle asher! yes they were negligent but i can name a lot of negligent companies listed on the pinks! lol with that said the ticker DBMM was never delisted from the OTC! if it had been that way you and no one else would be able to trade shares amongst yourselves! and the ticker DBMM would be all just a number!! DBMM did get downgraded to the grays! you can still trade the ticker at that point all the way till today! now DBMM fought back against the sec and won by having it dismissed! all the while getting the delinquent financials brought up to snuff and current two years running to date! now the naked shorting was likely to occur a few days before DBMM got demoted to the grey sheets! at that point beings there is no ask and no bid the shorts no longer have to cover and they take the money to the bank! AHHHHH her is where it gets interesting! when the ticker DBMM goes pink again and the registrant is still active" because it really was never delisted" just like a long suspension for trading for the company! they make no money off of shares! what exchanges hands are individuals that are selling or buying! when DBMM becomes green again the shorts will have to cover or pay a hefty fine!

Yes it does matter!! because there’s indications that shoring happened, so in reality nobody can say for sure a 100% there are or there are no shorts. We will see that when/if they go pink, which IMO they will, after been in compliance with all the requirements. Let’s wait for the SEC decision and then someone will have to eat their own words. Fair?
