300MM shorts with a 700MM OS is ridiculous. Sure there are likely some but no where near 300.

Shorting a subpenny stock is very expensive and risky. A .0001 change can wipe out a position quite easily. Not to mention the legalities and covering rules. Do some research and you'll find the answers.
