Why would Amarin consent to Du screwing up a cognizant complaint without motions...? They wouldn’t. Consolidation would only happen with settlement...which I predicted is a 100% event.

Thank you for this concise, easy to understand explanation that perfectly clarifies what is happening here. Sometimes my litigator/lawyer mindset takes an automatic tunnel vision adversarial approach, when in fact, you have clearly broken down what is happening.

Thanks to your clarification, the Nevada filing now makes perfect sense, as Judge Du will not be adjudicating anything, but instead, rubber-stamping the parties' mutual agreed upon intent. I am glad that I was wrong on this one. Many thanks.

I do not have any idea why anybody give any attention to Case 3:20-cv-00421 (Amarin vs Hikma 500 mg case) ... It is going as I told you: #286202 (before any info from the IR / Co.).
