Thank you for this concise, easy to understand explanation that perfectly clarifies what is happening here. Sometimes my litigator/lawyer mindset takes an automatic tunnel vision adversarial approach, when in fact, you have clearly broken down what is happening.

Thanks to your clarification, the Nevada filing now makes perfect sense, as Judge Du will not be adjudicating anything, but instead, rubber-stamping the parties' mutual agreed upon intent. I am glad that I was wrong on this one. Many thanks.
