I never have seen so much nit picking and painting back and forth all over the OTC this week. I'm ready to get it on....and I just need to know which on is getting theirs first. I THINK it will be this one simply because at least we are 99% sure there is a filing tonight or tomorrow. It would be AWESOME if the decision popped as well. I'm ready for a good week. Headed out to vote. LP would you mind confirming what I found below.

According to the 10Q that was just filed just now, it states that the company has been current since July, 2018.

Now according to this link on OTCM:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/corporate-services/information-for-pink-companies

it states: Financial Statements: Two most recent Annual reports and any subsequent Quarterly Report

The company has filed its 2018K, 2019K and 2 subsequent Qs for 2020. Is it safe to assume that if the final decision goes through that the company has met the requirements to be tiered up to Pink?
