LP would you mind confirming what I found below.

According to the 10Q that was just filed just now, it states that the company has been current since July, 2018.

Now according to this link on OTCM:

it states: Financial Statements: Two most recent Annual reports and any subsequent Quarterly Report

The company has filed its 2018K, 2019K and 2 subsequent Qs for 2020. Is it safe to assume that if the final decision goes through that the company has met the requirements to be tiered up to Pink?
