For every buyer there is a seller. For every seller there is a buyer. Under these conditions there is no problem. A naked seller sells nothing to a buyer. These transactions are recorded and can be identified. Its possible that some of you holders of UOIP stock are not really holding UOIP stock, your holding bogus shares that can be identified.
