For every buyer there is a seller. For every seller there is a buyer. Under these conditions there is no problem. A naked seller sells nothing to a buyer. These transactions are recorded and can be identified. Its possible that some of you holders of UOIP stock are not really holding UOIP stock, your holding bogus shares that can be identified. Your statement may show your holdings but you do not have real shares of UOIP. The numbers up on the top left corner are your I.D. number. Its this that determines what type of trade you have. I have been out of the brokerage business for 12 years now and things may have changed In terms of identifying type of trade..

As I recall, Mr. Carter owns the 51% due to his share holdings - the rest of us fall in 49%. And he is CHANBOND.
