It probably wont be him alone. If the decision is to dissolve the corporation after a win, there are rules that have to be followed.
Most likely, the 2 directors in the background will have to come forward and be involved. Billy is like us with UO*IP-a shareholder.
He is the point man with Chanbond, and makes the decisions on the court case. I suspect that the 3 of them will get together afterwards and decide where the company goes from there, and how we get paid.
