Agreed Flip. Most likely last week if not mid-June when LP was contemplating and consulting with the SAB.

Correct. Because there was a p/r on june 2nd saying nwbo did not d/l in may as per asm, but it should be done in the first two june.

You can infer since there was no p/r after mid june that the data lock had NOT occurred, that it did in fact occur.

Can you follow?

Then why did DI answer this to me?

As we have said several times if there is a material change to our schedule we will let everyone know. We have not updated anything in the last 12 or so days.

Or are you not expecting any material delay with respect to the last announced estimated date which was end of last week? That would be data lock this week per my understanding.

Ok, thanks. But are you going to announce a new estimated timeline for data lock (because this would be the FOURTH delay)?
Best,
Pablo.

If we are still on schedule today, as a few posters report via phone calls with DI, then it is logical to infer initial(soft) data lock occurred already.

Wait, what? Logical? Is it logical to draw conclusions devoid of all empirical evidence and any consideration of past track record for truth and accuracy? Wow. Of all the sources to be telling us what's logical. How's that submission to NICE coming along? It would be logical to assume that with the proof you had that it was done a couple of years ago, and that we are racing along toward approval, no? Would love an update.

You know, it just doesn't matter whether they have "soft locked" or not. It's all completely meaningless anyway. The "soft" lock is just another distraction, and anyone with half a brain could see it. The only thing that matters anymore with this company and this trial is TLD, and a soft lock literally does nothing to advance the possibility of us ever actually seeing it. They'll hold off the frothing dogs as long as they can, then throw this bone and crawl back into their cave - for months and months and months. You will see.

NWBO is a scam, plain and simple. They shamelessly used this entire ruse to artificially hike the share price and pay off warrant holders. I wouldn't be surprised if it was all about Bigger and giving him an exit that made it all worth his while. They owed him big time, and these last couple of sp hikes easily could have been his way out. He and they always knew that data lock, soft or hard, was in the back pocket and could be pulled out any time they needed it or when Bigger decided he'd had enough. They really could not care less about you, me or the rest of the common shareholders. Could. Not. Care. Less.

I thought you were of the opinion that hard lock would only be in August with 5 year data on all patients? If they soft locked but still say they will tell us when they lock, and that it is still on schedule, then my assumption is hard lock and day now.
