As I have mentioned before, at 7 bucks a share I will not sell or hedge prior to appeal decision. If stock price gets into double digits before then, I would have to make a decision then to either reduce or find some protection.
My biggest complaint about mgmt among others is they like to operate in dark. We have absolutely no idea on what they are doing, plans, real strategies. Is this normal?
