Yes, there are examples of a few companies reducing benefits for higher ups during this pandemic. Heck some auto insurance companies have returned 20% of premiums for the months of April and May. Of course less driving and accidents so they are not losing doing this but at least it showed some compassion and should garner them some goodwill. Our management seems not to care about goodwill - at least not towards common shareholders. Would love know the content of any conversations between Amarin and the Baker Brothers or other big whales.

Glad to hear that as a attorney you think Singer did a good job with the briefs. Some here have opined that if oral arguments become phone arguments that it might diminish Singer's attributes that would be more prominent in an in-person courtroom presence.

As I have mentioned before, at 7 bucks a share I will not sell or hedge prior to appeal decision. If stock price gets into double digits before then, I would have to make a decision then to either reduce or find some protection.
