With that logic, why bother training for a race if there's a chance you won't win? Why spend money on R&D for a product that may not be successful? Why even bother competing on anything? The clock on the US patents is ticking.

main, I have no problem with the company running DTC now. I actually think it's a good thing. I am hopeful one or more of the judges or clerks will see the commercials and at least subconsciously realize what AMRN has accomplished. Let's face it, with the way the world is now, a lot of court cases are influenced by public opinion. How good would it be if one of the judges doctors or friends recommended this new medication that helps your heart.
