So the company is going to run DTC ads before the appeal ruling, spending cash to possibly build the market for generics to steal. Either they are very confident that we're going to win the case and dominate the US for the next decade, confident they can compete with their own generic if we lose, or they are dumb for dumping millions into a dead market.
