I would generally agree with that assessment, postes. The one area where I disagree is that Sipes/Covington was supposed to be top-of-the-line nationally renowned counsel for this type of case. Unfortunately, based upon several documented shortcomings, the nationally renowned attorneys did not perform in accordance with their pedigree.
