I would generally agree with that assessment, postes. The one area where I disagree is that Sipes/Covington was supposed to be top-of-the-line nationally renowned counsel for this type of case. Unfortunately, based upon several documented shortcomings, the nationally renowned attorneys did not perform in accordance with their pedigree.

Hence, coming to a courtroom late 2020/early 2021 .... marjac productions presents .... in association with other attorneys and aggrieved Amarin shareholders .... the derivative legal malpractice suit versus Covington/Kennedy seeking .... at least $3.4 billion in damages as a result of 3/30 and the missteps leading up thereto.
