Can we escape or rationalize any conclusion other than that AMRN should settle or risk self destruction through commoditization of product and loss of profits and endless worthless litigations? Not to mention the loss of investment in valuable research in Vascepa use in other disease states. Gambling is one thing, making calculated alliances by settlement agreements are quite another, perhaps smarter option. I fear JT and BoD are not for turning.

Not sure what you mean - if they lose the appeal, they will launch the approved enteric icosapent ethyl in the US. They can maybe file an injunction if they plan to appeal to Supreme Court, but it’ll be an expensive bond

Settlement 100% likely? Did you see Todd's post where a DC judge refused to vacate their decision after a settlement was agreed upon?
