Just be patient. Its very likely that the longer we wait for a settlement the higher it will be. Personally....i am torn between wanting a settlement during the trial and wanting the jury to decide. Jury award would be $3-5 per share....but dont want to deal with appeals and think could settle around 2 maybe higher if we let things play out. Just my opinion
That will be on the agenda. Judge Andrews will bring it up. Remember, it's required by the court -- the parties must make an earnest attempt to reach a settlement -- this is true in any court proceeding.
There are negotiations going on currently. Both sides don’t want to go to trial. As far as a settlement goes with disbursements of funds, Billy has told me several times that all holders of UOIP stock will get paid. Billy does have a list of UOIP stockholders. A settlement is possible at any time. Neither side wants a trial. So, between now and August 18 2020, what we have patiently been waiting for, will happen!!!!! Thanks Billy!!!!!!
