What sense does it make to declare that you don't want a trial? If im billy, I'd tell them that I'm happy to come to a reasonable number, but also more than happy to go to trial.

Are you referring to settlement negotiations with just COX only or with the 13?

"There are negotiations going on currently. Both sides don’t want to go to trial. As far as a settlement goes with disbursements of funds, Billy has told me several times that all holders of UOIP stock will get paid. Billy does have a list of UOIP stockholders. A settlement is possible at any time. Neither side wants a trial. So, between now and August 18 2020, what we have patiently been waiting for, will happen!!!!! Thanks Billy!!!!!!"
