I believe that they're confident of calling data lock next week, I can see it slipping a few days, but by shortly after the 4th of July we should have it, if not before.

I believe TLD could come anytime after mid July as I believe that soft lock has been underway for awhile, so I don't think it will take much time after hard lock to get it all together.

If from now until mid July, NWBO does not come out with an announcement of an additional delay or data lock, it is very likely that we have entered soft data lock territory.

After that it will take as long as it takes before NWBO will announce that hard data lock is in force.

Bottom line: from their update two days ago, I am now guessing that NWBO will first move to an unannounced soft data lock and when they are ready announce that they can now proceed with the hard lock.

I agree they have more or less said so in their 10K.
They seem to have problems with some missing data and trying to get a hold on that, thats only possible to know if they are working to get all data in and do dry runs aka soft locks.

When they have the last pieces of missing data is an unknown known. Could be next weel as hey said could be in 2 weeks....
