If from now until mid July, NWBO does not come out with an announcement of an additional delay or data lock, it is very likely that we have entered soft data lock territory.

After that it will take as long as it takes before NWBO will announce that hard data lock is in force.

Bottom line: from their update two days ago, I am now guessing that NWBO will first move to an unannounced soft data lock and when they are ready announce that they can now proceed with the hard lock.
