Meirluc, LP said (June 2) there is no estimated timeline for TLD.

The previously stated lock->TLD schedule was for a hard lock. The only announced estimated date now is for a soft lock. You can not know how long from soft lock to TLD data.

So if they soft lock now they have met there stated PR disclosures and they will still be blocked on hard lock for a time that they have not guided on. So no need of an update.

LP is good at this game. She has played these word games on longs time and time again over the years.

It is unusual to PR any data lock. IMO it creates a bees’ nest due to the SEC reporting requirements around Material information. In the unlikely event that the study is negative, they have 72 hours from receiving this information to alert their shareholders.

In the possible event that the results are mixed, that creates a dilemma regarding whether or not they need to follow these requirements.

In the most likely event that TLD is positive, then they have the luxury of taking their time, reviewing things with the SAB and timing the release as best they can.

I think this is partially why they have been ambiguous about the timing. Bottom line, if we are waiting much past the July 4th holiday, then we are increasingly looking at positive results pending.

They most likely will not PR a soft DL so we would not know if and when that happened. Absent a soft DL, NWBO most likely will tell us within the next 10 days that the previously expected time to reach TLD has been extended.

Bottom line: if we hear nothing within the next 10 days, I will assume that a soft DL has been in place and that the statisticians are at work.

Meirluc, logical, BUT choosing to follow you schema would be very stupid for management, as their would be extended silence following the unannounced soft lock, well beyond the investor expectations that have been built up by NWBO, would create great frustration with investors, so I would hope they are very liberal with providing prompt PRs as we move forward. Famous last words, huh!
