The timelines have not significantly changed (extended) if NWBO does not consider a one week extension to be significant or if a soft DL has already been initiated.

They most likely will not PR a soft DL so we would not know if and when that happened. Absent a soft DL, NWBO most likely will tell us within the next 10 days that the previously expected time to reach TLD has been extended.

Bottom line: if we hear nothing within the next 10 days, I will assume that a soft DL has been in place and that the statisticians are at work.
