Thanks pharmacydude, I figured it was too far-fetched to be plausible. I'm too gullible it would seem. We are definitely relying on Singer to right this terrible wrong by Du for sure. There is no "easy way" out of this. Kind of like grasping for straws on this one anyways. Back to awaiting rebuttal brief from Singer. Hope he nails them good.
Out of curiosity I went to the Dr. Reddy's message board which was basically inactive. I did find this post from 6/13/11 "Dr Reddy launched 135 new genetic products, filed 107 NDAs and 56 Drug Master Files globally. GREAT MARKET in coming 2 years." This proves your point that the generics are all over the place and have a ton of products on their sales list.
Pdude You had previously posted that you handle generic drugs provided by Apotex and Teva ...especially Apotex ( please confirm ) Do you have any contact with Hikma or Dr Reddy and do you know the extent of their marketing presence in the US or Canada ? Thx Kiwi
