I'd strongly recommend (and prefer) hard lock. That at least conveys at realistic analysis timeline. Soft lock could be a long, or at least unknown, process....and likely another delay to August or September, IMO.

I do not agree. I would try to not be overly late on any expected PR date. I would take every opportunity to make a PR - thus I would choose to make a soft lock PR with a time frame to hard lock, and then a hard lock PR with a time frame to TLD, and finally a TLD PR with hopefully very good news. These PRs would heighten anticipation in a good way and help build the SP along the way to TLD. This would be similar to adding layers of support to a column, each one makes the base stronger. this would also give them a way to vary the time needed to TLD as needed without losing the patience of the investors.
