I agree...because it's Amarin...it will be dragged out as long as possible. Big Pharma is in a Big Stall to keep from losing Big profits.

What I do also understand - is that only 6% of Appeal Cases actually go to the Oral part in Court. Most are 'ruled' (or settled) following the Briefs.

Can the lawyers confirm that? I have a really hard time believing it - oral arguments can be make or break deals in some cases. And don't the judges get the chance to question the lawyers during or after the oral argument? When AMRN argued the ITC appeal in court the judges constantly interrupted the lawyers to ask them questions - was a different court, but was still an appeal.
