From what I have read about the 'Chances' in Appeal - I am pretty sure that John Thero and Amarin is going for the 6 Patent's Restored.

What I do also understand - is that only 6% of Appeal Cases actually go to the Oral part in Court. Most are 'ruled' (or settled) following the Briefs.

But looking at Amarin history - we should be so lucky 'to end this early' :)

It would be nice - but my gut feeling say - this will be dragged on 'AGAIN' - to end 2020 - start 2021.
