Unless the last month of enrolled patients have all passed, it is inconceivable to think they’ll hard lock before five years from last surgery. They’ve already admitted they are pleased they were able to go out this far to demonstrate the tail. August gets us to five years from the last nGBM surgery. A soft lock is yet another way for them to get five year data (ultimately under the hard lock). My take is still,

1st unblinding (of statisticians) ultimately for regulator consumption. (Soft lock)

2nd unblinding (of Company, SAB and Steering Comm.) ultimately for Journal Preparation and public consumption. (Five years from surgery) (Hard lock)

3rd unblinding (of actual patients) ultimately for posterity/future patient info. (five years from enrollment) (follow up lock)
