So could be anything, but not tax, do you think?
Or do you have a specific in mind?

I do think there is some sort of tax issue but any other listed company would not consider it serious enough (given the balance size of the GMBH) to justify a hold on the submitting of the annual report.

Therefore I believe the tax issue is a red herring for something else. IMO
