Lem - I hear you. What is meant by a description. AMRN's 728 patent has a ton of stuff in it (AMRN's patents are included in the appendix of Singer's brief). But, does that ton of "stuff" meet the definition of a description?

In the DC trial Hikma motioned for Summary Judgement on the No written description issue. Du deigned the motion. Unless I'm mistaken, that can't be brought up here???
