Only thing in their brief that gives me worry is the part about “no description” in the patent. Some other company just got a patent revoked for that according to someone’s prior post today. I plead ignorance on this topic and my ignorance worries me but I still see no downside here even if things stand as they are. I disagree with anyone that says our SP is fair value or above

Singers brief was like a well planned novel. The defendant brief was a rambling mishmash of claims....very hard to follow. If only style mattered.
