And all of this add up to major DILUTION added to an enormous am't of shares already in public hands and at shareholder expense. Every share they sell into the market is one more share putting a ceiling on the price. Think of this way- When shareholders hold, management sells.Buyers become hesitant. But I guess they're forced to sell right now to avoid becoming insolvent.
