#84785 RE: Pctwst #84659

will any, even the smallest % of dilution effect my Big Picture? Yes.

Every financial, FDA Approval, new Trial, management changes; all change the Big Picture to some degree.

The following is a guess; Lets say FDA of Mexico Approval arrives next week. Stock moves to 5 to 10$

CYDY has the option to sell some of the available shares under the total cap. My guess by memory is 15,000,000 shares.

Lets say CYDY sells 10,000,0000 at 7$ for 70,000,000$. Is this doable? Yes, in a snap. I bet there are broker firms talking to him now. A true den of Vipers.

Then in July the shareholders approve the proxy issue to raise the total authorized from 700,000,000 to 800,000,000 shares.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, CYDY has booked 500,000,000$ in sales / revenues from numerous countries including China.

Profit margin is a pure guess, I will use 50% Why so high? They are getting close to being as well known as any drug in the market. They receive FDA Approval and its like a billion $$ Media Buy.

That 250,000,000$ cash in CYDY bank account. Once that occurs; Does CYDY need to sell any of the newly available shares? No But they might. I would, just to be safe.

Understand all the moving parts. This is an enigma inside an enigma as Winston Churchill famously said.

My vision? Think about all the hurdles Nader has jumped. The worries. Consider that he sold his own position to pay Samsung our largest Drug contracted maker. He has been on the front line since buying Leronlimab.

What would you do if you were Nader? I've seen something similar. We sold shares. Faced dilution. That company had a fantastic run.

I'm guessing Nader builds a war chest of over 4 maybe 5 billion $ from earnings and then does the opposite. He buys in shares shrinking the float.

30$ is a snap. 100 easy in my view. I wont say more.
