They have very close to 685,000,000 shares by memory after you add common issued, warrants, and options.

In my opinion what they have remaining is very meaningful as a source of cash. This is why as you read various negative research reports always look at them with jaundiced eyes. Don't trust anyone, including me, although I say it as I see it.

When looking at the authorized you must always add the Warrants and options or in some cases convertible bonds.

In our case as far as I know we do not have convertibles issued.

You can find the info in the latest SEC quarterly report.

1/4 by 1/4 you will see changes as the Warrants and options were exercised into the common.

Even the writers of research reports back a few months did not have the correct numbers.
