Doesn't it seem "DECN Strange" that the post cited in the ShareHolder Letter is from 3/30 and the link is

I GUESS, NOT ONLY did the "cybercriminals" hack DECN BUT corrected the linked file 20200313 from the ADVANTAGE METER to the linked file 20200318 PRECISION METER.

Hmmm... OK If the hostile posters obtained the pdf from the 'secret' URL link on or around the 5th May 2020, I am asking myself why CovidKid was linking to the the exact same - aupposedly secret - URL on 26th March 2020.?

If you select the link and right click 'copy link location' this is what appears. And the post dates to 26th March 2020.

So it was CovidKid who brought this 'secret' URL into the public domain first as far as I can see. Reviewing his posts it does not seem to me that HE is DECN's biggest detractor!?

Quite the opposite.

Notwithstanding that, typing any open URL link into a browser isnot a cyber crime anyway. Just because it doesn't link to anything does not mean it is not public.

If you can eneter a URL into a web browser and it comes up with unencrypted content (which this was) without asking you for a password (which this didn't), I am afraid that the information on the URL IS public information. Its that simple.

Hate to say it, but if so, this move is a VERY clever one! (he is most clever when trapped in the corner like this).

You'd be right about DECN not filing the rebuttal to the SEC (looking more and more as the case), as strange as that seemed to me. But, instead of attempting to file an extension, after the deadline, as you mentioned, he had done in the past, this instead, was a stroke of genius, as far as fooling shareholders, really!

The idea of putting his rebuttal in a shareholder letter instead in an SEC filing makes perfect sense! Why? There will be no formal SEC legal response filed, since the shareholder letter "was written by shareholders", not the company as far as the signatures on it!

That is genius! He gets to throw logs on the "world is against us while we try to hard to save the country" paranoia fire, that feeds his deep in the red investors, and keeps this fiction going!

If this were filed with the SEC, the SEC rebuttal would rip this shareholder letter to shreds! But, now, shareholders will never see the SEC response, because they like have no desire or need to respond.

Berman is a total idiot, running a non business business, that benefits him, solely. But, in this case, he came up with something amazingly good.

Curious as well to get your take on the writing style of the letter, since you seem to also be a fan of his writing "style". I can't be the only one who sees that most of this is pure Berman style, agree?
