If this were filed with the SEC, the SEC rebuttal would rip this shareholder letter to shreds! But, now, shareholders will never see the SEC response, because they like have no desire or need to respond.

Suspension would be upheld by default. And on the QT from the SEC side.
Of course Berman would Trumpet the SEC silence / default victory as a score draw, instead of the complete DECN capitulation that it actually represents.
Berman's core competency is applying lipstick to a pig, and creating deflections when it starts squealing and crapping everywhere. He is certainly doing that here!

Actually, on reflection its a maybe!
SH letter is only 6500 words and didn't get cut off mid sentence at 8000words! So KB may have had help, I am thinking!
