I GUESS, NOT ONLY did the "cybercriminals" hack DECN BUT corrected the linked file 20200313 from the ADVANTAGE METER to the linked file 20200318 PRECISION METER.

Nice one.
If you are going to have cyber criminals at all, the thoughtful, helpful kind are the best, don't you think!
