That's a PC answer. Any coach addresses his team during hard times. Any coach preaches a silver lining. Running a business is like being a coach which I have been for 20 years. His poor understanding of the socioeconomic responsibility of being a leader concerns me. If a large cap stock fell 85 percent in 2 days dont you think the owner and or ceo would be addressing its public over and over. He is showing his inability to lead by his lackluster approach for the people who carry him.
