[Facts_Matter]

I put several emails and phone calls into the CEO of TLSS, JOHN MERCADANTE (contact info is listed on all the filings, so don't ask me). I received a call back from him. First of all, I will say John is intensely concerned for all of the shareholders. Secondly, he said he understands that many of the current shareholders are not happy with the short term performance, however, the current reorganization and restructuring of the shares are necessary for long term growth. He thanked me for calling and said I should read in the 10k in detail as it outlines his LONG TERM plans to make acquisitions and eventually uplist.

He could not have been more direct or pleasant to speak with quite honestly. Therefore, my takeaway, if your in this for the short term trade, buyer beware. If you want to stick a couple hundred or million shares away for a year or so, I think we will be rewarded nicely.
