Yep. When it hit the the low of 0.01 back on 4/21 he and the company didn’t say anything until the PR on 4/28 when he declared preliminary Q1 revenue increased 49% YOY.

If he waits until 6/29 it could be sub-penny this time. He absolutely needs to speak up and say something to stop the hemorrhaging PPS. The 10k from 5/29 said he only receives salary of 20k in exchange holds a large sum of shares. So he has to be in the same position?
