Seems like every move Powers has made keeps the trading away from legitimate players. Even this last loan with their reputation. Why is that?

I’ve been saying this all along that an uplist is critical to the share price, if the stock is going to have any chance to trade above $1 or $2 a share after TLD. Institutional investors have policies and even bylaw restrictions on owning OTC stocks, plus the liquidity is so limited as an OTC, that alone deters any large buyers.

That’s why the self dealing is so bad. The Nasdaq staff that makes the determination for accepting applications is going to have to wrestle with how this company behaves, especially after not having a good experience with them in the last go around.

Organ Grinder and Monkey...LOL!!!

(I don’t even say things like that.)

Agreed BSB, and I communicated this to Dave the last time I talked to him (last fall when I foolishly thought we were close to data lock). He said that he understands the importance, for a number of reasons, and would like to communicate this achievement. He also said that he didn’t think Linda was opposed to it. In hindsight, I think he knew they were farther away from it than I knew at the time, and probably hadn’t even had the “data-lock conversation” but at least the seed was planted. I'm guessing they are a little delayed, but will eventually announce it.
