On a brutally serious note we trade on an exchange that no institution is allowed to invest on.

The reason is the exchange is primarily set up for start ups and the regulatory hurdles are kept low for that very reason but the low regulatory hurdles imposed for those companies listed on OTC mean that no institutional money, ie those companies with your pension funds or insurances cash are ever permitted to own.

You`ll remember when we had one institutional owner when we were on Nasdaq and you`ll also remember what that did to the price of our shares .
