What attracted me to this stock years ago was the fact that many insiders were actually buying stock at 12c. That was my first position. So, 12c/share is doable. Unless something real announced.
Have you considered why management set an arbitrary figure of 30-1 as max figure? My guess is it’s close to their cost average and no way would they want to deliberately lose money.
Damacon A 30 to one RS at today's pps of 30 cents would mean that the pps would be at $9.00 and the market cap does not change. Revenues, profit and deals will drive the pps up or down from that point moving forward. E.g. I own 30 shares at .30 after a RS of 30 to one I own one share worth $9.00. Gltu
