Right...but as I understood the write up (and I havent looked at it since the first time it was posted on this board 2 or 3 weeks ago)...if the stock is 0.30 then it wouldnt be a 30-for-1...it would be more like a 13-for-1. That is why they set a range for approval, anywhere from a 2-for-1 to a 30-for-1. They set a $4/share post RS/uplist goal.
