I plan to send that to my senators and representatives (all Dems) on Friday unless someone has some edits. We could also try to send it to POTUS for an executive order. Which could be pulled by a new administration. It does have components of price protection he might like.

OT: Finally broke down and bought an Android tablet - I know how to build, program, and run DOS/Windows based PCs, but I don't own a smart phone, have never used Android, have never created a home WiFi network - anyone know of a "Networking for Dummies" and/or "How To Use the Android OS" website? One reason I've held off getting a tablet for so many years is I know absolutely nothing about this stuff, learning curve will be beyond steep.
